Residents Awareness Assoiciation of Coimbatore - RAAC
Residents Awareness Association of Coimbatore endeavours to be a catalyst by raising the awareness and initiating action for economic and environmentally sustainable development of Coimbatore.
- RAAC motivates the residents of Coimbatore region to keep clean and green by focussing on solid waste management, tree planting, and awareness campaigns
- RAAC helps with various infrastructure initiatives required for economic development and well being of the residents of the Coimbatore.
Facilitating Robotic opportunities for the underprivileged
With the help of RAAC & ADNA Automation, I was able to give Lego robotics kits to children studying in Keeranatham village. We intend to train them and foster their interest in robotics.
Helping with Registrations
I did 78 registrations at 6 AM from a total of 750 registrations in 5 different areas done by my team for the Plogging event. We also distributed gloves, masks, bags and caps for picking up trash.
Making Bioenzyme
Bioenzyme is made by fermenting citrus fruit peels and is an ecofriendly natural multipurpose cleaner. We use it for dish washing,laundry & as a bathroom cleaner instead of toxic chemicals.
We also raised awareness by distributing samples to fellow residents & teaching them to make it.
Teaming up with RAAC and keeping my streets clean
I regularly engage in cleanliness campaigns. We have taken a pledge to keep our surroundings clean and hygienic.
